Agreement to Terms

By using DraftPilot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. DraftPilot is operated by WellerDeveler. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

DraftPilot is a Chrome extension that uses AI to help you write, rewrite, and improve emails within Gmail. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Use at Your Own Risk

AI-generated content is provided as a writing aid. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before sending. WellerDeveler is not liable for the content of emails you send using DraftPilot.

Accounts and Billing

The free tier allows up to 10 rewrites per day. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99 through Gumroad. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Gumroad account. Refunds follow Gumroad's standard 30-day refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The DraftPilot extension, website, and branding are the property of WellerDeveler. You retain ownership of all content you create or process using the Service.

Prohibited Uses

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellerDeveler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
